AOL
AOl is not recognizing the site upload for some reason (still checking with my programmer on it). If you use Internet Explorer as your browser instead, you shouldn't have a problem. I will keep you posted on this too . .

I use MSN with Mozilla Firefox and it's not recognizing the site. I'll try IE. Just thought I'd let you know.

This is just too entirely frustrating! I know it's not your fault but it shouldn't be this difficult to purchase the kit...especially since I've been a charter member.

I can't do anything on your site without getting multiple error messages.

Not just AOL, I use internet explorer and can't purchase.

I use IE and it isn't working. This too shall pass Jenni. Hang in there. Chin up. We're with you girl.

Jenni, I tryed to go through the process just now. I get two choices...to sign up as a new member or sign in with a password. I hit new member as per your instructions but then I can't get any further on that screen either because I keep getting asked to fill in the password field. So, I'm stuck there.

Hi Jenni...I was just trying to purchase a membership and it keeps sending me back to your homepage. Then when I put my CC info in and hit save, my security comes up saying that my info is going to be directed to a non secure site. I didn't hit submit, I just cancelled the whole thing. What's going on??

Neither IE or Firefox working with an Alltel connection either. The site loads fine, but the shopping functions and membership forms don't work at all. Either the aspx coding is "fubared" or there is just not enough bandwidth to handle the traffic. Either way, it's a real shame that your web administrator apparently did not adequately plan for your success! Jenni, you have a really great thing going here; best wishes on it . . . I will definitely keep on trying to re-subscribe!

I use IE and tried Maxthon as well, neither one worked.

I can't do anything (create acct or purchase a kit) on the site either.

I can't seem to order either. Hopefully I will be able to tomorrow morning. Here is a hug for you. Sorry your site is still having problems.

Well Jenni, I feel for you. I know you are frustrated too. I've been trying to purchase both kits since 8:30 this evening Central time. It's after midnight my time and I have to go to bed. I'll try in the morning. Are you sure this web company is better than the one you had before?

wow! I got it to work! It was a weird purchase though. Something definately isn't quite right with your system. Hope everything works out. Is my CC info supposed to be stored visibly in "My Account"?? Shouldn't it be all "X"'s except the last 4 digits?? That doesn't feel right either.

Hi Jenni,
I wanted you to know I DID get through to the system and ordered with no problems. I know there seem to be a few bugs still in the system but I know you will get them worked out for everyone.

Your personal involvement in solving the problems has kept me at ease. I appreciate knowing that you really are concerned about us.

Thanks

FYI-I used Internet Explorer. 9:09 pm pacific time.

Hey, Jenni!

I was just wondering if you filed some kind of claim that our CC info might be compromised? I received a new card in the mail today and there was a letter that mentioned something along these lines (without specifying where the breech occured). Just wondering!

Love your kits! So glad you're plowing through! :)

Yipee, I finally got through using IE browser! Now I can't wait to get it in the mail. Will they still be mailed on the 10th or will shipping be delayed this month?

This is so frustrating Jenni. I just want to buy your kit!!

I use IE, and am getting this message
INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_tbl_Cart_tbl_Customer'. The conflict occurred in database 'JenniBowlin', table 'tbl_Customer', column 'CustId'. The statement has been terminated.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Please , please don't run out of kits before I get home tonight!! I'm ordering from UK, so I've only just managed to get on here 'cos of the time difference. I was already signed up as a member and had this kit as a certainty, and now that's been taken away from me. This is just very frustrating.

Don't let this get you too down!! I was not able to get through at home last night using AOL, so I tried this morning at work (shame on me) and it WORKED!! YEAH for me!!!

I have met you and KNOW you care DEEPLY about your customers. I KNOW you are doing all you possibly can!!!

THANK YOU for offering such a great product!!!!

OK....Here is how I got it to work after at least 20 times trying since last night. go to jennibowlin.com click on membership(bottom of page)click my account my membership click this isin't me/I want to lgin as someone else(bottom of page)click become a new customer fill out info(3 pages) when then at that point I was able to add the membership to my cart and check out. when checking out I suggest that when you get to the credit card info a box will open that says only open secure information...if not I did notice that the secure lock was not on the page so I backtracked and redid it. hope that helps those of you that had just about given up like me.

Hi Jenni! I just tried to sign-up for new membership using IE & I'm getting the error message. I'm assuming all the kinks haven't been worked out yet. Hang in there & know we're pulling for you!
I'll check back periodically & hopfully :o) I'll be able to get my membership!

Jenni--When I went in at 9:45 PM last night, I ,at first received an error screen.
Then, I deleted my MS IE browser cookies, files, and history to completely clear the cache of all the old info.
Then, I went back in, and everything was fine.
I even got the e-mail confirmation of my order.
