And for those of you curious about the salted caramel milkshake (thanks for the comments!), I would say I mixed about 1 TBSP of caramel to 1 cup of ice cream and just a pinch of sea salt mixed in then another small pinch when I topped the shake with another TBSP of caramel. You definitely want to start out really light - you can always add, but you can't take it back!
